Shipping Policy
All Mortal Thread Co. products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please allow the following timeframes:
Production Time: 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping Times (after production):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days for US orders, longer for Canada and Mexico.
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
We currently ship to North America only. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after production has begun.
